Landlord Gas Safety Certificate

As a landlord, you have certain responsibilities for the maintenance and upkeep of your property. By law, landlords must carry out an annual gas safety check and provide their tenants with a copy of the record of that check. Properties both old and new may have different types of heating systems such as gas fires, wood burning stoves and gas cookers, and it is important that these are maintained to ensure you are compliant with the law as well as providing safety and peace of mind for your tenants.
